The Past Month

Here’s daddy with the two babies

Anna and Tabitha

Anna and Tabitha look a little different to me though they are identical. Anna on the left has a broader face and Tabitha has some faint, pink markings on her forehead and one little pink splotch on her nose.

A new kitty that was born to a cat that the previous owners left here. Daddy is trying to lure her over with some cheese.

The kids are watching with anticipation.

Sleepy Head

Tabitha and Anna

Our friends from Washington State came by for a visit last month. They were staying in Wisconsin for several months over the past year or so. They were heading back to Washington and upon our request, came by to visit for a couple of days. They brought much light into our home, we had tears when they left. They took this picture of us.

The girls being silly, getting into Momma’s cabinet. Here’s Hannah…

… and here’s the Pup!

Sleeping again….

Elisabeth holding Tabitha. Elisabeth found the scissors last month and took them to her hair.   : (   Kids will be kids I guess.

All of the kids – all seven of them together.

Hannah’s birthday doll from Grandma Diz’s birthday money she sent. Hannah doesn’t usually resemble me much, but I think her face looks a lot like my little girl pictures here.

So happy to have her baby sitting next to her!

Happy 5th Birthday little girl. I love you so much!

Homemade Carrot Cake with walnuts and Cream Cheese Frosting.

Here we were weighing Tabitha. I believe my husband had the grams part on the scale on. I don’t remember what she weighed there, but they are both 7 1/2 and 8 1/2 lbs now.  : )  The little basket that she was in is so small that it fits two napkins folded side by side in there with no room to spare.

Watermelon from our garden.

Fresh Lavender from our garden. We have an abundance of it.

Daddy trying to situate baby. I love his glasses on him, he looks so fatherly.
